one of our CEO's recent podcast transcriptions (please excuse any typos): =
How many people need to mark you as spam before you end up going to the=
ir spam box? When you send a regular cold email and somebody has no idea wh=
o you are, you're naturally at a lower status point because you're asking t=
hat you're coming from below and saying, like, hey, will you please book a =
call list? Something to that nature? What is this reverse? Cold e that. Wh=
at does that mean? I would love to tell you that I have AI completely autom=
ating everything and I don't need any humans, but I just don't think that a=
nyone is at that point yet. A pretty common response I get when sending a c=
old email is f you. I don't know I don't know if I'm the only one. Hi, Hi, =
boys and girls, dogs and cats, ladies and gentlemen. We got Troy Erickson =
in the house. If anybody knows cold email and email marketing, how to drive=
sales through email, it's my man Troy here. So Troy, what's up? Welcome to=
the show. Hey. What's up, Mark? Thanks. Good to see you again. Yeah. You =
too, brother. I learned a lot from you last time you came on the show, and=
I'm not planning on learning a lot more this time, when you come on the sh=
ow. So it sounds like what you're really excited interested in right now is=
cold email, which is basically sending emails to people who never heard fr=
om you and turning them into sales. Right? Yeah. A %. So last time we chat=
ted, it was all about warm email. So a little bit of context because a lot =
has happened since then. Right? So I have a company called Email Paramedic.=
For the longest time, we've done just warm email. So, basically, that mea=
ns work with bigger companies. They already have an email list of opt ins o=
r customers, and we send personalized marketing emails to that warm audienc=
e of people that already know them to get them to book calls or, you know, =
buy products or whatever the call to action is. Right? And, obviously, that=
's not easy to do, but something that's even harder to do, that most people=
are not good at that I found a way to be very good at is cold email, which=
is essentially lead generation. Right? It's more similar to advertising t=
han it is to warm email. So a little bit of a a backstory there is for the =
longest time, right, we were doing warm email. By now, we've generated over=
$200,000,000 just from sending warm emails for all our clients, fixing the=
ir deliverability and all that. But I never touched cold email. And I had h=
eard a lot of people. I was talking to somebody on Cole Gordon's team. The=
y're doing over 6 figures a month literally just from cold email. So I was =
like, okay. I should probably try this. So I went out and I hired a couple =
of different agencies that were highly recommended to me for cold email. A=
nd combined, I worked with each of them for seven months and got one book c=
all. So didn't go well. So I was like, alright. I hear that it works for pe=
ople. I know that it works for people. But I worked with two agencies that=
were supposed to be good, and they weren't. So I wanna do this my own way,=
just the entrepreneurial spirit. Right? So I created something that I call=
reverse cold email if you wanna hear about it. Okay. I I I definitely do.=
I I think what I'm curious about is, like, what did what do you think the =
mistakes are? Why was it not working? I mean, I mean, that's the end of the=
day because I I I'm starting to get into cold email a bit, you know, using=
so I'm not gonna go in-depth to what I'm doing because I got you here. You=
got the expert here. But I'm I'm curious, like, what's the mistake? Why w=
asn't it not working, do you think? Yeah. So first of all, cold email is ju=
st hard, like, period. So the biggest reason for that is there's, like, thr=
ee main things. Right? So you have to write the copy is the first thing. S=
o in my opinion, that's the easiest part, but it's still not easy. And the =
reason is because you're writing a message to somebody who has no idea who =
you are. So you really have to be convincing, and you really have to almost=
make them feel like they know, like, and trust you even though they haven'=
t heard of you before. So that's a very deep skill on its own. But the mai=
n thing, the second part that makes it even harder is the list building. So=
believe it or not, a lot of these, like, cold email softwares that people =
use today, they're building lists based off, like, industry codes. So I don=
't know, if they taught you this in school, but I remember when I was in, l=
ike, fifth grade, they were talking about NAICS codes and things like that,=
which is basically, like, there's a number assigned to every industry. The=
y're very blanketed. They're very generalized. And, like, a lot of cold em=
ail platforms, they use that to build your list for you. So if you said, he=
y. I wanted to target online business owners. There's not even an option fo=
r that. You'd have to target, like, real life brick and mortar businesses,=
and it's just very generalized, like construction, for example. It's like,=
who even knows who's in that pool? It's like you don't even know who you'r=
e targeting. So how are you gonna write the copy if you don't even know who=
it's going out to? That's the two main things. And then the third piece i=
t's too broad, it just sounds like spam. Right? It's gotta be very, very sp=
ecific. Yeah. And then the third piece is the sending. It's just so diffic=
ult. It's like every time somebody talks about traditional cold email to me=
, they typically say that you can send, like, you know, 50 cold emails per =
inbox per day. And then now they say 40, and pretty soon they're gonna star=
t seeing 30. And it's just so difficult to not go to spam because it's not =
like Yeah. Google hasn't figured out what you're trying to do. So it it's =
just very challenging. And, like, people don't know you. They mark you as s=
pam. It's just a complete headache to run cold emails. So I think that's wh=
y people struggle with it. It's even funny. You know, there's sometimes I'=
ll sign up for people's lists or their email lists or whatever. And then I =
can't find the emails because they're going to spam, which which is kind of=
another that's not exactly cold. That's warm. That's me actually which is =
is kind of funny. Right? Because I want to get the email. I'm trying hard =
to get the email. I'm even giving you my email, and it's already going to s=
pam, you know, and and to your point, like, the what's the spam how many pe=
ople need to mark you as spam before you end up going to their spam box? So=
mething like point o 3% or something ridiculous like that? Yeah. Point 3%.=
Since we last chatted, Google got even stricter. Right? So back in Februar=
y 2024, they released a new update, which has been gradually rolled out thi=
s year, basically making it very difficult for you to ever hit an inbox. B=
ecause now it's like it previously, it's like, if you were over point 3%, i=
t wasn't great, but you could still function. But now it's like, if you're =
over that, it's it's a spam sentence. And you have to make sure you have SP=
F, DKIM, DMARC set up properly. Otherwise, you're gonna have major issues. =
And, there were a lot of people this year that we've helped out of the spam=
folder because they're dealing with these issues. And that's warm email. =
I can't even imagine all the people that have been doing traditional cold e=
mail, and then, like, rolled through February thinking that everything was =
fine, and now it's not. And the hardest part about that is, like I mentione=
d, you can only do about 40 cold cents per inbox per day. And that means th=
at if you wanna actually scale the campaign, you have to have, like, dozens=
or hundreds of inboxes you're managing, which is that doesn't sound fun to=
me. No. It sucks. It sucks. As someone who's who's diving into it, it suc=
ks. It's not fun. So we've got the email paramedic, email marketer, email m=
arketing dot com expert in the house. So, Troy, tell me, what is this reve=
rse cold email? What does that mean? Yeah. So first off, thank you. I forgo=
t to mention we're rebranding from email paramedic to email marketing dot c=
om, which is pretty awesome. Super stoked. Took a long time to get that do=
main. But, anyway, over at, colds.emailmarketing.com is where we're gonna t=
alk about reverse cold email, which so here's the thought process. I I expl=
ained how difficult cold email is. So about a year ago, I started brainstor=
ming how I could do this, and this has slowly turned into a software and a =
done for you service all in one. So, basically, instead of me trying to re=
ach out to a whole bunch of random people who have no idea who I am, I don'=
t know if I'm actually contacting the right business or the right person. T=
here's always spam complaints. I was like, hold on a second. What has reall=
y worked for me and my business to close clients since I started in 2019, '=
20 '20? And I thought, okay. The best thing that I ever did to close a cli=
ent is find somebody with a problem. It could be any kind of problem. It co=
uld be maybe their emails are going to spam. Maybe I'm in their funnel, and=
I see something wrong with it. Maybe their ad copy doesn't really make sen=
se. What I would do is I would just record a quick Loom video for that per=
son and send it to them and say, hey. I see this problem. Here's how I woul=
d fix it. Oh, and by the way, if you want my help, here's my calendar link,=
and I will close clients like that. So I thought, how could I replicate th=
is at scale with cold email? So what I did is I started opting in for peop=
le's email list. So, like, I, you know, go to their website, opt in for the=
ir list, and get the first email from them, and then I would just reply to =
that email because I know that I'm gonna get somebody, especially if it's l=
ike a coaching business. I'm gonna get somebody who's pretty high up in tha=
t company to read the message in a in a setting where they normally don't g=
et a lot of messages like that. Right? So I'm not hitting them with a rando=
m cold email that they just instantly delete. I'm not sending them a Faceb=
ook or Instagram DM because I get, you know, hundreds of those, and those a=
ll go to spam now too. I'm just gonna reply to their email. So what I did i=
s I found that would work really, really well. I closed 23 in the first two=
weeks of me and a VA doing this. So I went out and I built an entire softw=
are, and it works like this. You tell it who you wanna target. So let's sa=
y you're targeting coaches and consultants. So a lot of those people use Cl=
ickFunnels. So I can pull a list of everybody who uses ClickFunnels. So thi=
s isn't some random code, some random industry. I don't know who's in it. =
It's not that. It's literally every business that uses ClickFunnels. I can =
target them. So what I do is I put that into the software, and it goes into=
visits all those websites and opts in for their email list. And then when=
they send us the welcome email, we reply to it with pitch. So for example,=
if I was gonna help coaches, you know, with their funnel, I could reply to=
the email and say, hey. Just joined your email list today. Saw your funnel=
. It's pretty cool offer. However, I noticed there's a couple of things wi=
th it that could be better to improve your results, and you could, you know=
, mention a couple of things that are commonly wrong with funnels. And then=
you invite them to get on a call. Or you could send them a Loom video, som=
ething of that effect. So that works exponentially better. And by the way, =
two more quick notes on that is normally when you set up a a cold email cam=
paign, you have to wait two, three weeks for it to warm up. With this, the=
re's no warm up time. I can start sending today. And the other thing is I d=
on't have to limit myself to 40 emails per inbox. I can send hundreds per d=
ay per inbox. So I can get up to about 10,000 sends a month on one inbox, w=
hereas normally, that would be, like, less than a thousand. It's a pretty =
nice mousetrap, Troy. Yeah. Nice mousetrap. So just to kind of recap that, =
instead of well, one of the things I really like about this is you you're y=
ou're kind of leading with value by joining their email list. You're not sa=
ying, hey. Please join my email list. You're saying, hey. I'd like to join=
your email list, and, oh, by the way, I noticed that there might be this p=
roblem that I can help you solve. Yeah. Absolutely. So it's like that's th=
e other thing too is you're a little bit at a higher status point. Right? S=
o when you send a regular cold email and somebody has no idea who you are, =
you're naturally at a lower status point because you're asking that you're =
coming from below and saying, like, hey. Will you please book a call with m=
e or something to that nature? But with this, it's you're still lower than =
them because it's their business, but it's more evened out where you're joi=
ning their list and they're, you know, appreciative that you're on their em=
ail list and you care and you're paying attention to their world. And you'=
re just bringing up an idea, a suggestion, something you've noticed that yo=
u might be able to help them with. It's really it's it's actually really sm=
art. And I'm kind of curious what kind of responses you get back because a =
pretty common response I get when sending a cold email is f you. I don't kn=
ow. I don't know if I'm the only one. Of course, you still get a few of th=
ose. Don't get me wrong. That's just human nature. Unfortunately, you're no=
t gonna be able to change that. You could literally message somebody on any=
platform. You can make it about a puppy charity. People will still do tha=
t to you. It's it's just how it is. But, yeah, as far as the responses go, =
I mean, overwhelmingly positive compared to traditional cold email, so I'm =
super pumped about it. Yeah. Super slick. So you so you sign up for their =
email list using using your tool. What's the name of your tool? Right now, =
I just call it reverse cold email because, technically, I'm not sending any=
cold emails. I'm just replying to the emails you send me. So I'm kinda, l=
ike, flipped it on its head. I already have an offer that was called the an=
ti promo tab code. So I was like, I don't wanna use anti again, so I'm just=
gonna say reverse cold email. No. It makes sense too. So alright. This is=
, this is really cool. I haven't heard this. This is one of the reasons I l=
ove having this podcast. I get to hear, like, the coolest new ideas that ar=
e that are being used up. So so so someone books a call with you, and then=
all of a sudden, now they're in your warm email funnel at that point. You'=
re either closing them or you're nurturing them. Right? %. So, yeah, cold e=
mail, my method or any other method is is a little bit less about building =
your list. It's more just about, like, generating calls, because you're ju=
st never gonna do enough volume to, like, build a sizable email list from s=
ending cold emails. But you can generate, you know, solid, like, quality fi=
ve to 10 calls a month even at the low volume, you know, when you're starti=
ng out. So, it's all about that, and, like, that's what people need at the =
beginning of their business. That's what even big companies do, except they=
do it way more at scale is they just wanna generate appointments. Yeah. G=
enerate appointments, get on the call with the sales team. And and the othe=
r thing I think that's that's important that I think a lot about when it co=
mes to funnel building is before and by the way, big mistake I think the ot=
her people make when they reach out to me is before I get on a call, I kind=
a wanna know why I'm getting on a call. Like, what is this appointment abou=
t? But at the same time so what are your thoughts on that, Troy? Like, how =
clear do you wanna be on the front end? So I get the cold email or I get t=
he email that I signed up for. I respond back. It sounds like it's very imp=
ortant that you're very clear on exactly why you wanna get on a call. Right=
? It's not like, hey. Let's chat for coffee type of thing. It's, hey. You'=
ve got a specific problem. I have a specific solution. Let's talk about it.=
Yeah. For sure. So when somebody replies back to the cold email, that's w=
hen we take a little bit deeper look into things and see, like, okay. Can w=
e actually help? And if we do believe that we can help, then we, you know, =
reply back with a few extra details. We send them the calendar link. And, =
obviously, the calendar link has qualification questions on it, and we, you=
know, specify in the email. It would make it really obvious that it's a sa=
les call. Right? And especially if you have, like, a pay for results model =
that works really well because you can say, like, hey. I don't charge anyt=
hing upfront. I don't charge any retainers. I don't have any setup fees. Yo=
u can say stuff like that, and then they know that, like, okay. This is a p=
ay on performance deal, and they're not booking the call just to chitchat. =
What are your thoughts on you know, so as I'm I'm sure as you scale this u=
p, you're getting more and more emails back. Are you having are you yoursel=
f or do your team? Do you have humans responding? Do you have an AI bot tha=
t's processing all the responses back? How do you how do you see AI playing=
a part in this cold email process? Yeah. That's a good question. I would =
love to tell you that I have AI completely automating everything, and I don=
't need any humans. But I just don't think that anyone is at that point yet=
where they could fully trust. I mean, like, they're sure there's a few exc=
eptions, a few companies that are possibly doing that. But, like, especial=
ly early on, you just have to get data. You have to get objections. You hav=
e to have somebody in there seeing what people are saying because we're alw=
ays adjusting the campaigns. Right? I'm not saying that my method works a %=
of the time with, like, no effort. It's you really have to see the the fe=
edback that you're getting. Like, either you're getting no responses or you=
're getting really good responses or you're getting somewhere in the middle=
where people are replying, but they have objections. So you have to have s=
omebody in there taking note of those things, answering those objections, a=
nd making notes so you can always improve the messaging. Yeah. I mean, AI i=
s at a point now where it can kind of identify calls to action, objections,=
key moments. You know, I'm we're using I'm using different tools for Zoom=
, like Zoom assistance, and it's pretty accurate in identifying that. To me=
, the the part where AI falls a little bit short when it comes to these cha=
tbots is it's it's very mechanical. It's it's sometimes kind of annoying. I=
t doesn't really understand the nuance in conversation. Right. Right? I me=
an, it can be good at, like I don't know. Maybe it depends on, like, the co=
mplexity of the the service that you're offering or maybe it it depends on =
how clear you are on the FAQs that you're getting. But I was I was playing =
with the bottom. I'm not gonna put them on blast the other day, but I I was=
looking at the spot. I joined a webinar. I was kind of learning about it,=
seeing how it would operate. And I wasn't getting responses in the chat. R=
ight? I was asking the chat. They were just too busy. They weren't respond=
ing. So I went to their website. I started engaging with their chatbot ther=
e. And it actually did an awesome job of answering all the questions that I=
asked. But every time we would answer the question, we'd say, can I have =
your email? It was like, bro, you Yeah. Yeah. Being pretty pushy here. You =
know? Stuff like that will happen. I've played around with this. And like =
you said, it can put out some good answers, but I'm gonna be honest, like a=
nd I would challenge anybody. Like, who who do you think is gonna perform b=
etter? So an AI that can, you know, obviously respond fast and kind of, you=
know, get the general answers to people's questions. But what happens whe=
n somebody asks a very specific question and you haven't put that training =
yet into the AI? Like, who's gonna handle that better? The AI or or human w=
ho, like, works directly with you in your office? It's just to me, it's a n=
o brainer for now and maybe at some point in the future. But, also, it's re=
ally interesting just in general with AI. It's like it came out and everyb=
ody's raving about it, and people still do. But there's also a large piece =
of the market that hates AI, which is really interesting to me. So I'm curi=
ous how that will change over the next several years. Well, I I think there=
's this hype cycle that happens naturally when an exciting new thing comes =
out where it gets super exciting. Everyone loves everyone's excited about, =
then there's a lull because there's problems. It doesn't meet the expectat=
ions, and then it's gonna kind of even out into a place. I mean, I'm extrem=
ely bullish on AI long term and quite frankly even short term, but there's =
there's certain things I think people are using it for where it doesn't qui=
te meet the mark kinda like we've been talking about. Yeah. Believe me. Yea=
h. I'm bullish on AI as well. It's just, like, there's so many more applic=
ations for AI outside of copywriting and, like, chatting with humans. You k=
now? Like, that part, I think, needs a lot more time. But, yeah, I use AI e=
very day in other capacities to, like, help me get answers to to my questio=
ns faster and, like, how to do things on the Internet or how to solve speci=
fic problems, but it doesn't really involve, like, chatting with other peop=
le and me hoping that it's gonna give all the right answers. Sure. We I'm =
curious. When you're designing your emails, do you prefer writing long stor=
ytelling type of emails, or do you like short concise to the point type of =
emails? I mean, I'm not against longer emails for sure. It just depends, li=
ke, how like, what's the shortest I can make it where somebody has all the =
context that they need, and I don't really have any fluff in there? And a =
lot of people will hear that, and they'll think, like, oh, make it as short=
as possible, and and they'll be very transactional. It just feels, like, n=
ot personalized. I'm not saying to do that. It's just, like, I read a lot o=
f emails that people write, and there's a lot of things that they put in th=
ere. And it's like, that didn't really serve a purpose, that line that you =
put there. So if you can remove all those things and you can still feel pe=
rsonal and it still, you know, gets all the information that the person nee=
ds to read, before booking a call or before buying, then you've done your j=
ob. I think Stevie King said good writing is writing something, cutting in =
half and cutting in half again, which is a good way to think about it. Caus=
e I like to your point, some, some of the emails that I get are just, it's =
just a huge wall of text and it just doesn't, it doesn't make sense to even=
read it. Do you use AI to kind of like write the the baseline? Do you use =
AI to kind of, like, write the format of what your email structures are gon=
na look like and then you clean it up? Or you're just like, you know what?=
I'm the genius. I got this and just do it all yourself. Yeah. So a lot of =
times here's the thing too. When you have a good email list manager and, y=
ou know, we're kinda talking about warm email again, is there's always, lik=
e, new ideas that are happening. Right? So a lot of the stuff is very, like=
, human generated. So for me, for example, I would say probably, like, 20% =
of the emails that I write are just complete, like, what would happen if I =
tried this? Or I've done this before, but I never tried this angle on it. =
So a lot of times, I just write from the hip about that. Like, obviously, I=
have formats and things that, you know, templates, like, in my head that h=
ave worked previously, so I have that knowledge to look back on. But, yeah,=
sometimes I'll ask AI questions. And then on occasion, if I'm writing, lik=
e, affiliate swipes or something and I just can't think of an angle for the=
last one, I'll ask it. It'll come up with it. So, yeah, there's applicati=
ons for it. Typically, a little bit of idea generation, but there's very fe=
w emails that that me and my team write that are a % AI. Yeah. So you kinda=
use it to, like, break the writer's block on that page. It's that's kind o=
f what I see it being good for right now. So to recap that, it's like wher=
e I draw the line is if I allow the AI to talk to other people, whether it'=
s email or chatbot or whatever, Even some people doing it on the phone now.=
I called GEICO one time last year, and I I know I was talking to an AI per=
son. So they're they're probably really advanced, but I I personally draw t=
he line. If it's talking to people outside my business that are potential l=
eads, I'm not gonna use AI for that, or for our clients. But if I'm just br=
ainstorming and troubleshooting and trying to figure out how to do somethin=
g, I'll use it internally. And our processes and systems are always gettin=
g better, but that's where I stand right now. Yeah. As of 07/30/2024 I'm ki=
nd of at the same place, Troy. Same place. It's unbelievably empowering to =
me and my team and, like, I I used AI to screen new team member application=
s. I set it up so that they would answer survey questions and then AI woul=
d rate the levels of their answers to the questions based on some criteria =
I was looking for, and it would give each potential team member a ranking f=
rom one to 10. And anybody that was lower than a seven, I didn't even look =
at, and it just helped me to eliminate, you know, 80% of the applications, =
which was which was pretty cool. It just saved me a bunch of time there. Ye=
ah. But Yeah. I just I I don't know if I fully trust it to give it the rei=
ns to to kinda just run with building everything out. I've I've one more qu=
estion here for you, Troy, which I think is a good one. And by the way, y'a=
ll, you definitely wanna get more Troy@emailmarketing.com. That's e dash ma=
il. So So make sure don't forget the dash between e and m. That's e dash m=
ail marketing dot com. Email marketing dot com. It's where you can get more=
Troy. It's where you can get this whole reverse cold email system. Have on=
e more selfish question for you because it's my show. I get to have selfis=
h questions. I have a client that, sends out a we sent out a good amount of=
email for, and we've got an open rate that's, like, 45 to 50%. So I would =
say that's that's good. Right? It's good. Yeah. You Troy's like, yes. It's=
 under 80%. That's crap. We're, like, around 45%, open rate, which I think =
is solid. But the click but the click rates, the click through rates are a=
re so low. The click through rates are, like, below a percent. What can we =
do and I know this is kind of a loaded question, but what can we do to incr=
ease the click through rates on those emails? Yeah. So a couple points on t=
hat. So your open rates aren't actually 45 to 50%. Like, it's a good numbe=
r, but ever since iOS 15 came out, like, with, you know, open rate tracking=
, those are always very inflated because the way that open rates have alway=
s been tracked is there's this little teeny tiny image in every email you s=
end from your ESP or your CRM. And in the past, you know, people would open=
the email, which triggers that image to load, and that's how they know tha=
t people opened it. It's never been a % accurate because there's been some =
companies that block that, pixel from working, But Apple is the biggest one=
. So, basically, now they preload that. So as soon as the email lands in t=
he iPhone inbox, it loads that image. So it tells you that the email is ope=
n whether or not the person actually did open the email. So it's people now=
think some people, I tell you, they think they're getting 70% open rates. =
When just a couple years ago, people were talking about how email's dead an=
d nobody opens more than 10 to 20% of the time. It just it's crazy. But, t=
o so that's why you're seeing, lower clicks for one. The other thing you ca=
n do just in general to improve that number is whatever the the topic of th=
e email is, obviously, you know, like, the subject line, the body, and the =
link, those need to match as closely as possible. And, typically, the thing=
s that you pitch people on should be generally similar to the thing and the=
reason why they joined your list in the first place. So if they joined you=
r list for reason a and your subject line has reason b and the body is abou=
t reason c and the link is reason d or any combination where it's not a a a=
a, it's gonna be a little bit lower. Also, if you write longer emails, it'=
s gonna tend to be a little bit lower as well just because you're getting l=
ess clicks. They may be more qualified, but those are some reasons why cli=
ck rate can be low. Interesting. Really good. I mean, it's the same concept=
behind what we do on YouTube. Right? Thumbnail, title, description, first=
sentence of the video, everything needs to be aligned. If one part of that=
is offline, it creates like this cognitive dissonance of the viewer. Yeah.=
Super good. Well, Troy, thanks for being so gracious with your advice. Wh=
ere is the best place for us to find you? Where can we get this reverse ema=
il system? Super slick. Yeah. So you can go to cold.emailmarketing.com. Th=
at's the best way to do it. Other places, I'm pretty active on Facebook if =
you just search my name or, obviously, I give you my website so you can joi=
n my email list, which is where I'm most active. That's a good one. I actua=
lly steal some of your ideas and formats too. Alright. Cool. I appreciate =
that. Many companies that's severely offended by that, but I do not. Well, =
I bought I I even bought. You have a lead magnet. I bought the emails prob=
ably, so I just Perfect. Perfect. I don't I go I go around the right way, b=
ut I I do think that is you know, what one of the things great marketers do=
is they reverse engineer. They say, hey. What's the best the best doing? =
And they join the funnel and they kinda go through it. You just took it a s=
tep further. You started engaging with the people in their funnels and and =
turning turning them into clients. That's that's really smart. Very smart. =
Yeah. Personally, I believe this is the next big thing. I really do. So I'=
m excited about it. Works really well for b two b, works really well for ta=
rgeting online businesses. If you're in either of those categories, it's g=
onna work. I'll I'll tell you. This is my ear is pretty low to the ground o=
n this stuff. This is the first time I've heard this strategy, and it just =
It's path bending, man. No nobody else is doing this. Yeah. And that I mea=
n, that's I think where you get the big wins is when you when you're first =
to market. Yeah. You know? So it it's been, it's crazy. You know? It takes=
a lot of time. It's been somewhat of a stressful year, developing a softwa=
re because it there's not like a sometimes they say software and people are=
like, oh, a GHL white label. I'm like, no. No. This is like an actual sof=
tware, and it's not like a chat GPT plug in. Like, it's an actual software.=
It takes time to develop. It takes time to get it right. It takes time to =
get results. And, like, we're we're coming around, like, the the the last =
corner of the race here toward the finish line, and it's, like, very refres=
hing, and and people are doing good, our our big clients. So Dig it. Long s=
toked to dive into it a little bit more myself. And, Troy, thanks for joini=
ng the show. Alright. Thank you, Monte. I appreciate it.</span></p></div>
