0.640 manage service Rider called via we 00:00:23.199 support a lot of cust=
omers primarily 00:00:25.279 education in in uh the world of schools 00:00:=
28.119 we started getting uh some emails from 00:00:30.119 our customer uh =
tickets coming in saying 00:00:32.320 hey uh we're using we're using this 0=
0:00:34.840 platform called School Messenger to 00:00:36.520 blast out emai=
led like news newsletters 00:00:38.920 and things like that to our parents =
and 00:00:41.120 they're all going to junk email and 00:00:43.320 what's go=
ing on how can you help and 00:00:45.960 normally that's one where we're li=
ke ah 00:00:47.960 you got to got to figure that on your 00:00:49.800 own b=
ut it was a a significant thing and 00:00:51.920 it was impacting some sign=
ificant people 00:00:53.960 at the organization so we're like ah 00:00:55.3=
20 we'll jump in so so we discovered that 00:00:58.680 in February now now =
remember this is 00:01:01.039 January in February uh Google Apple and 00:01=
:05.519 nameless other email providers were 00:01:07.479 going to start enf=
orcing this thing 00:01:09.600 called DeMark which I looked at and I'd 00:0=
1:12.119 heard about it but I never really uh put 00:01:14.479 two and two =
together and I thought okay 00:01:15.799 well that's in February but so we =
toyed 00:01:18.080 around with it we started uh playing 00:01:19.720 with i=
t and so we rolled out DeMark for 00:01:21.640 school messenger and poof al=
l the emails 00:01:24.640 suddenly start going back to the inbox 00:01:26.9=
60 not showing up in junk email so at the 00:01:29.439 end of the day today=
 that's it's what 00:01:31.439 I'm what I'm finding is DeMar solves a 00:01=
:33.840 ton of stuff and we're going to talk 00:01:34.960 about what that i=
s how that works but it 00:01:37.960 doesn't solve everything um and that's=
 00:01:40.079 that's one of the misnomers is we end up 00:01:43.040 Googlin=
g a little bit uh stumble on a 00:01:45.520 site called mail genius.com and=
 we're 00:01:48.759 we're looking at this and it I was like 00:01:51.240 th=
is is genius no no pun intended but 00:01:54.600 but I'm I'm starting to so=
 so we mail 00:01:57.000 genius let you essentially send test 00:01:58.719 =
emails and it kind of scores them and 00:02:00.840 tells you what's good wh=
at's bad and so 00:02:03.320 on I was like this is awesome because we 00:02=
:05.719 can stick to Demar and then we can just 00:02:08.119 start pointing=
 uh everybody else to this 00:02:10.318 male genius when when they get you =
know 00:02:12.040 oh this went to and and so I was like 00:02:14.519 who wh=
o created this site who who and so 00:02:17.160 so long story short that's =
where the 00:02:19.280 road LED and I Met Troy let's start off 00:02:22.760=
 with Demar Troy do you want to do you 00:02:24.640 want to take that one w=
hat what is DeMar 00:02:26.920 and why do we why do we need it sure so 00:0=
2:30.000 Mark domain based messaging 00:02:31.760 authentication reporting =
and conformance 00:02:34.160 not that you need to know all that stuff 00:02=
:35.800 because it sounds like alphabet soup to 00:02:37.400 a lot of peopl=
e but essentially it's a 00:02:39.560 security feature so um it is possible=
 00:02:42.599 believe it or not still in 2024 to spoof 00:02:46.360 other p=
eople via email what that means 00:02:48.239 is pretend that you're somebod=
y else and 00:02:50.959 there's a lot of Bad actors that do that 00:02:53.0=
00 so um Demar is basically a security 00:02:56.080 feature you can Impleme=
nt with your 00:02:57.959 domain so nobody else can protect tend 00:03:00.0=
80 to be you um if you've ever gotten an 00:03:02.360 email where they it l=
ooked like they 00:03:04.239 were trying to pose as somebody else or 00:03:=
06.640 like a company asking for your passwords 00:03:09.239 um people try =
to do that anyway but it 00:03:11.080 looks really really realistic if you =
00:03:13.720 don't have DeMark set up and they can 00:03:16.200 also get a =
hold of your email they can 00:03:17.599 start sending emails from your dom=
ain 00:03:19.680 it's like really really bad now 00:03:21.280 obviously thi=
s is something that is I'm 00:03:23.640 not try to scare you it's not about=
 to 00:03:25.480 happen to everybody but the way Google 00:03:28.159 looks =
at it is if you don't have the set 00:03:30.000 up we can't trust you as mu=
ch because 00:03:32.120 we're not 100% sure it's you and even if 00:03:35.4=
39 it probably is you there's a decent 00:03:38.080 chance that you might g=
et spoofed and 00:03:40.000 then other Gmail users are going to have 00:03:=
42.360 a difficult time and it's going to 00:03:43.840 create a bad experen=
ce for and not just 00:03:46.239 Gmail is just that this year they put 00:0=
3:47.920 out an update saying that in well they 00:03:50.200 put it out las=
t year saying that 00:03:51.560 February of this year anybody who sends 00:=
03:53.879 both emails so like 5,000 or more emails 00:03:56.400 at a time y=
ou really should have dkim 00:03:59.159 set up which is like a a sub sector=
 of 00:04:01.280 Demar so I'll talk a little bit um about 00:04:05.200 how =
those things work together but does 00:04:07.599 that makes sense I'm tryin=
g to make it 00:04:10.000 make sense to somebody who has never 00:04:11.319=
 heard of it totally and yeah I think 00:04:13.480 that's that's good and a=
nd yeah spelling 00:04:15.079 out the acronym I'm like two points for 00:04=
:17.199 you dude like I don't there's uh it's 00:04:21.519 and I think one =
of one of the things 00:04:22.800 that um um blew me away actually two 00:0=
4:27.919 things um one 00:04:30.360 was we hit February so Google Apple 00:=
04:33.080 everybody was like okay we're rolling 00:04:34.560 this out in Fe=
bruary and I I was kind of 00:04:37.000 looking at February I'm like okay t=

we built this little service and 00:04:41.440 I'm like I'm it's like y 2K i=
f you've 00:04:43.360 been around long enough right I'm like 00:04:44.880 o=
kay it's going to happen and like all 00:04:46.320 these emails are going t=
o go spam and it 00:04:48.400 didn't um we kind of went through 00:04:50.00=
0 February and people are like yeah we're 00:04:51.600 fine but what's happ=
ening is it's it's 00:04:53.919 almost like a a tourniquet to where 00:04:5=
5.639 Google and everybody else is kind of 00:04:57.479 slowly but surely o=
ver time cranking up 00:05:00.560 the the I would say requirements the the =
00:05:03.600 severity of the filtering so now here we 00:05:06.080 are we'r=
e recording this in June um and 00:05:09.440 I'm starting to see like okay =
that like 00:05:11.199 it's it's now really having a a 00:05:13.479 signifi=
cant impact but there's still 00:05:14.919 stuff that if if you don't have =
DeMark 00:05:16.520 it goes through so you end up um uh end 00:05:20.039 up=
 uh uh yeah like getting a false a 00:05:23.400 false sense and I I had a t=
hought just 00:05:25.240 as you were talking I don't even know if 00:05:26.=
400 this is going to work I'm going to try 00:05:27.400 it um and and see i=

.360 email on behalf of 00:06:18.360 mg.com uh so this is the DeMark 00:06:=
21.199 list and and it's it I'm I'm I'm getting 00:06:24.360 ahead of mysel=
f so so Demar is really 00:06:27.039 about who is able to send as you meani=
ng 00:06:31.560 who can send as mg.com that's that's 00:06:34.240 where the=
 DeMark list and it's not it's 00:06:35.840 not exactly a DeMark list uh it=
's an SPF 00:06:39.039 list and everything else but this is 00:06:41.199 wh=
at it impacts so all these other email 00:06:43.360 servers so this is Troy=
 this is what I 00:06:44.960 heard you saying is all these which 00:06:47.4=
79 could be 00:06:48.440 fishing uh sending out as mg.com uh or 00:06:52.56=
0 they could be services that we're signed 00:06:54.000 up for that are tha=
t are sending email 00:06:55.960 on our behalf that's what Demar does is 00=
:06:58.520 let us say that one that one are good 00:07:01.440 whereas you k=
now this guy he didn't make 00:07:03.520 the list and so so all the email c=
oming 00:07:06.560 from him will immediately be discarded 00:07:08.599 from=
 there yeah is that am I am I saying 00:07:10.560 that the right way yeah y=
eah so to take 00:07:13.720 it another level um the there's two 00:07:16.96=
0 things that you have to do before you 00:07:18.479 implement your Demar p=
olicy because 00:07:20.720 Demar is literally just a policy that 00:07:22.4=
79 tells you if somebody tries to send mail 00:07:24.400 as you does it get=
 approved or does it 00:07:27.000 get denied right so there's three levels =
00:07:29.120 to that there's um you can say none 00:07:32.440 which is basi=
cally nothing like there's 00:07:34.520 no security there's quarantine whic=
h is 00:07:37.000 if somebody tries to send email is you 00:07:39.199 and t=
hey're not allowed goes to spam and 00:07:41.599 then there's reject which =
will just 00:07:42.919 block the email but in order um like 00:07:46.479 be=
fore you set up that policy you have 00:07:49.280 to do two other things an=
d set those um 00:07:51.919 those records up so one is deip so 00:07:54.080=
 domain Keys identify mail um so with 00:07:57.240 that is let's say for ex=
ample you're 00:07:59.000 send in from Outlook active campaign and 00:08:03=
.240 Zoho help desk for your customer support 00:08:06.960 um so each one o=
f those different 00:08:09.000 platforms will give you a key 00:08:11.080 e=
ssentially think of it as like you're 00:08:13.080 you're giving them a key=
 to the house 00:08:14.759 right so you go to their platform you 00:08:17.4=
79 grab the key and you put it into the DNS 00:08:20.440 of your domain um =
so that way uh you 00:08:24.120 know Google Outlook Yahoo whoever is 00:08:=
26.240 receiving the email they're checking 00:08:27.919 your DNS and like =
hey there's a key in 00:08:29.919 there this email's coming from active 00:=
08:31.919 campaign this email is good to go um so 00:08:34.399 you have to =
get one key from each 00:08:36.159 platform you send from don't forget any =
00:08:38.120 otherwise that's where you could really 00:08:39.719 mess up u=
m and things could get blocked 00:08:42.559 by accident then there's SPF wh=
ich is 00:08:44.959 sender policy framework what that is is 00:08:47.680 it=
's one record and so uh with DM you're 00:08:51.399 getting one record from=
 all the 00:08:53.040 different platforms you send from um so 00:08:55.839 =
you could have one for each you can have 00:08:57.720 a ton of different DK=
 records 00:08:59.959 but with SPF you only want one and it's 00:09:02.680 =
kind of a way to kind of like double 00:09:05.640 confirm what you've tried=
 to implement 00:09:08.640 with DK so with SPF you have one record 00:09:12=
.519 and you include all the different um 00:09:15.160 platforms you send f=
rom so normally a 00:09:17.920 SPF record would be like V equals spf1 00:09=
:20.720 and it'll say include active campaign 00:09:23.040 include Outlook =
includes Zoho help desk 00:09:26.440 um you know if we give a a real exampl=
e 00:09:30.000 it looks a little bit different but in 00:09:32.079 Simplici=
ty that's how it looks and then 00:09:34.880 when you have those two things=
 set up 00:09:36.399 your Demar policy is just telling you 00:09:38.680 wha=
t to do if a certain email fails 00:09:42.399 those tests yeah awesome and =
and that's 00:09:45.440 that's the that's the I won't flip my 00:09:47.839 =
camera back and forth I'll just put it 00:09:49.279 right there that's the =
list and that's 00:09:51.120 one of the things that we find is is um 00:09:=
54.279 we actually ran into a a pretty large 00:09:57.000 customer uh who w=
as like I'm going to 00:09:59.440 I'm just don't worry I'm going to do 00:1=
0:01.000 Demar myself and we're like cool go for 00:10:02.720 it have at it=
 and uh and they called us 00:10:05.399 a little while later exactly with w=
hat 00:10:06.880 you're saying Troy because SPF it's it's 00:10:09.720 not =
it's I I draw it like a little uh a 00:10:12.640 little uh piece of paper r=
ight there but 00:10:14.480 it's not that easy it's like one long 00:10:16.=
600 line it looks kind of like code but if 00:10:19.640 you don't get it ri=
ght the challenge is 00:10:22.200 it invalidates the whole thing like you 0=
0:10:24.320 put a comma in the wrong place you do 00:10:26.040 and and so a=
s soon as you do that that's 00:10:28.320 like saying okay this this is the=
 people 00:10:30.040 that are authorized to send email on my 00:10:31.560 b=
ehalf and because I put a comma in the 00:10:33.360 wrong place all of that=
 is invalid and 00:10:35.800 all of the email starts going to junk 00:10:37=
.320 mail and people are freaking out and all 00:10:38.880 that kind of stu=
ff so so so the SPF list 00:10:43.200 is a big deal the deim and I I like w=
hat 00:10:46.560 you're saying the DM's a little easier 00:10:48.079 becaus=
e it's kind of like each each 00:10:50.760 place is like here's our key you=
 throw 00:10:52.440 that in your DNS here's our key and in 00:10:54.920 rea=
lity it's a cryptography key uh that 00:10:57.200 that it uses to add a lit=
tle signature 00:10:58.839 to every single email that they send as 00:11:01=
.000 you um so so the reality of what's 00:11:04.800 happened I think Troy =
is as of February 00:11:08.760 things are just getting way more 00:11:11.83=
9 secure yeah so Google announced that 00:11:15.480 come February if you're=
 sending more 00:11:17.160 than 5,000 bulk emails at once you need 00:11:20=
.600 to have a DMT set up because yes you can 00:11:23.880 make it to the i=
nbox without one but now 00:11:26.480 if you're trying to send more than 5,=
000 00:11:28.200 you're most likely going to spam now 00:11:30.519 this did=
n't just get completely 00:11:32.160 implemented on February 1st is so 00:1=
1:34.160 they're going to drip it out over the 00:11:35.320 course of this =
year they even said that 00:11:37.200 by June they expected it to be 100% 0=
0:11:39.920 complete but nobody really knows what 00:11:41.399 the status i=

IP what that means is 00:14:44.639 for example if you're on active campaign=

t of replies nobody really reports you 00:15:12.040 to spam not many people=

520 organization would just be to ask around 00:19:49.559 be like hey what =
are the different 00:19:50.640 platforms we use and once you find those 00:=

1:32.440 they'll send a little report back to 00:21:34.279 easy Demar or wh=
atever vendor you're 00:21:36.120 using which will graph it all out and 00:=
21:38.279 say okay like a thousand emails from 00:21:40.200 your domain cam=
e from that server and 00:21:41.720 and 10 from this one there's some weird=
 00:21:43.559 ones coming from that one 100,000 came 00:21:45.919 from this=
 and you can see the times of 00:21:47.320 months and all that and that's o=
ne of 00:21:48.520 the things when you're rolling out Demar 00:21:50.559 it=
's not like a okay we're going to do 00:21:52.320 this and then tomorrow yo=
u're done you 00:21:54.799 kind of go on a discovery Mission if you 00:21:5=

tomers primarily 00:00:25.279 education in in uh the world of schools 00:00=
:28.119 we started getting uh some emails from 00:00:30.119 our customer uh=
 tickets coming in saying 00:00:32.320 hey uh we're using we're using this =
00:00:34.840 platform called School Messenger to 00:00:36.520 blast out ema=
iled like news newsletters 00:00:38.920 and things like that to our parents=
 and 00:00:41.120 they're all going to junk email and 00:00:43.320 what's g=
oing on how can you help and 00:00:45.960 normally that's one where we're l=
ike ah 00:00:47.960 you got to got to figure that on your 00:00:49.800 own =
but it was a a significant thing and 00:00:51.920 it was impacting some sig=
nificant people 00:00:53.960 at the organization so we're like ah 00:00:55.=
320 we'll jump in so so we discovered that 00:00:58.680 in February now now=
 remember this is 00:01:01.039 January in February uh Google Apple and 00:0=
1:05.519 nameless other email providers were 00:01:07.479 going to start en=
forcing this thing 00:01:09.600 called DeMark which I looked at and I'd 00:=
01:12.119 heard about it but I never really uh put 00:01:14.479 two and two=
 together and I thought okay 00:01:15.799 well that's in February but so we=
 toyed 00:01:18.080 around with it we started uh playing 00:01:19.720 with =
it and so we rolled out DeMark for 00:01:21.640 school messenger and poof a=
ll the emails 00:01:24.640 suddenly start going back to the inbox 00:01:26.=
960 not showing up in junk email so at the 00:01:29.439 end of the day toda=
y that's it's what 00:01:31.439 I'm what I'm finding is DeMar solves a 00:0=
1:33.840 ton of stuff and we're going to talk 00:01:34.960 about what that =
is how that works but it 00:01:37.960 doesn't solve everything um and that'=
s 00:01:40.079 that's one of the misnomers is we end up 00:01:43.040 Googli=
ng a little bit uh stumble on a 00:01:45.520 site called mail genius.com an=
d we're 00:01:48.759 we're looking at this and it I was like 00:01:51.240 t=
his is genius no no pun intended but 00:01:54.600 but I'm I'm starting to s=
o so we mail 00:01:57.000 genius let you essentially send test 00:01:58.719=
 emails and it kind of scores them and 00:02:00.840 tells you what's good w=
hat's bad and so 00:02:03.320 on I was like this is awesome because we 00:0=
2:05.719 can stick to Demar and then we can just 00:02:08.119 start pointin=
g uh everybody else to this 00:02:10.318 male genius when when they get you=

looked like they 00:03:04.239 were trying to pose as somebody else or 00:03=

 to do that anyway but it 00:03:11.080 looks really really realistic if you=
 00:03:13.720 don't have DeMark set up and they can 00:03:16.200 also get a=
 hold of your email they can 00:03:17.599 start sending emails from your do=
main 00:03:19.680 it's like really really bad now 00:03:21.280 obviously th=
is is something that is I'm 00:03:23.640 not try to scare you it's not abou=
t to 00:03:25.480 happen to everybody but the way Google 00:03:28.159 looks=
 at it is if you don't have the set 00:03:30.000 up we can't trust you as m=
uch because 00:03:32.120 we're not 100% sure it's you and even if 00:03:35.=
439 it probably is you there's a decent 00:03:38.080 chance that you might =
get spoofed and 00:03:40.000 then other Gmail users are going to have 00:03=
:42.360 a difficult time and it's going to 00:03:43.840 create a bad expere=
nce for and not just 00:03:46.239 Gmail is just that this year they put 00:=
03:47.920 out an update saying that in well they 00:03:50.200 put it out la=
st year saying that 00:03:51.560 February of this year anybody who sends 00=
:03:53.879 both emails so like 5,000 or more emails 00:03:56.400 at a time =
you really should have dkim 00:03:59.159 set up which is like a a sub secto=
r of 00:04:01.280 Demar so I'll talk a little bit um about 00:04:05.200 how=
 those things work together but does 00:04:07.599 that makes sense I'm tryi=
ng to make it 00:04:10.000 make sense to somebody who has never 00:04:11.31=
9 heard of it totally and yeah I think 00:04:13.480 that's that's good and =
and yeah spelling 00:04:15.079 out the acronym I'm like two points for 00:0=

 of one of the things 00:04:22.800 that um um blew me away actually two 00:=

:21.199 list and and it's it I'm I'm I'm getting 00:06:24.360 ahead of myse=
lf so so Demar is really 00:06:27.039 about who is able to send as you mean=
ing 00:06:31.560 who can send as mg.com that's that's 00:06:34.240 where th=
e DeMark list and it's not it's 00:06:35.840 not exactly a DeMark list uh i=
t's an SPF 00:06:39.039 list and everything else but this is 00:06:41.199 w=
hat it impacts so all these other email 00:06:43.360 servers so this is Tro=
y this is what I 00:06:44.960 heard you saying is all these which 00:06:47.=
479 could be 00:06:48.440 fishing uh sending out as mg.com uh or 00:06:52.5=
60 they could be services that we're signed 00:06:54.000 up for that are th=

they're not allowed goes to spam and 00:07:41.599 then there's reject which=
 will just 00:07:42.919 block the email but in order um like 00:07:46.479 b=
efore you set up that policy you have 00:07:49.280 to do two other things a=
nd set those um 00:07:51.919 those records up so one is deip so 00:07:54.08=
0 domain Keys identify mail um so with 00:07:57.240 that is let's say for e=
xample you're 00:07:59.000 send in from Outlook active campaign and 00:08:0=
3.240 Zoho help desk for your customer support 00:08:06.960 um so each one =
of those different 00:08:09.000 platforms will give you a key 00:08:11.080 =
essentially think of it as like you're 00:08:13.080 you're giving them a ke=
y to the house 00:08:14.759 right so you go to their platform you 00:08:17.=
479 grab the key and you put it into the DNS 00:08:20.440 of your domain um=
 so that way uh you 00:08:24.120 know Google Outlook Yahoo whoever is 00:08=
:26.240 receiving the email they're checking 00:08:27.919 your DNS and like=
 hey there's a key in 00:08:29.919 there this email's coming from active 00=
:08:31.919 campaign this email is good to go um so 00:08:34.399 you have to=
 get one key from each 00:08:36.159 platform you send from don't forget any=
 00:08:38.120 otherwise that's where you could really 00:08:39.719 mess up =
um and things could get blocked 00:08:42.559 by accident then there's SPF w=
hich is 00:08:44.959 sender policy framework what that is is 00:08:47.680 i=
t's one record and so uh with DM you're 00:08:51.399 getting one record fro=
m all the 00:08:53.040 different platforms you send from um so 00:08:55.839=
 you could have one for each you can have 00:08:57.720 a ton of different D=
K records 00:08:59.959 but with SPF you only want one and it's 00:09:02.680=
 kind of a way to kind of like double 00:09:05.640 confirm what you've trie=
d to implement 00:09:08.640 with DK so with SPF you have one record 00:09:1=
2.519 and you include all the different um 00:09:15.160 platforms you send =
from so normally a 00:09:17.920 SPF record would be like V equals spf1 00:0=
9:20.720 and it'll say include active campaign 00:09:23.040 include Outlook=
 includes Zoho help desk 00:09:26.440 um you know if we give a a real examp=
le 00:09:30.000 it looks a little bit different but in 00:09:32.079 Simplic=
ity that's how it looks and then 00:09:34.880 when you have those two thing=
s set up 00:09:36.399 your Demar policy is just telling you 00:09:38.680 wh=
at to do if a certain email fails 00:09:42.399 those tests yeah awesome and=
 and that's 00:09:45.440 that's the that's the I won't flip my 00:09:47.839=
 camera back and forth I'll just put it 00:09:49.279 right there that's the=
 list and that's 00:09:51.120 one of the things that we find is is um 00:09=
:54.279 we actually ran into a a pretty large 00:09:57.000 customer uh who =
was like I'm going to 00:09:59.440 I'm just don't worry I'm going to do 00:=
10:01.000 Demar myself and we're like cool go for 00:10:02.720 it have at i=
t and uh and they called us 00:10:05.399 a little while later exactly with =
what 00:10:06.880 you're saying Troy because SPF it's it's 00:10:09.720 not=
 it's I I draw it like a little uh a 00:10:12.640 little uh piece of paper =
right there but 00:10:14.480 it's not that easy it's like one long 00:10:16=
.600 line it looks kind of like code but if 00:10:19.640 you don't get it r=
ight the challenge is 00:10:22.200 it invalidates the whole thing like you =
00:10:24.320 put a comma in the wrong place you do 00:10:26.040 and and so =
as soon as you do that that's 00:10:28.320 like saying okay this this is th=
e people 00:10:30.040 that are authorized to send email on my 00:10:31.560 =
behalf and because I put a comma in the 00:10:33.360 wrong place all of tha=
t is invalid and 00:10:35.800 all of the email starts going to junk 00:10:3=
7.320 mail and people are freaking out and all 00:10:38.880 that kind of st=
uff so so so the SPF list 00:10:43.200 is a big deal the deim and I I like =
what 00:10:46.560 you're saying the DM's a little easier 00:10:48.079 becau=
se it's kind of like each each 00:10:50.760 place is like here's our key yo=

 is as of February 00:11:08.760 things are just getting way more 00:11:11.8=
39 secure yeah so Google announced that 00:11:15.480 come February if you'r=
e sending more 00:11:17.160 than 5,000 bulk emails at once you need 00:11:2=
0.600 to have a DMT set up because yes you can 00:11:23.880 make it to the =
inbox without one but now 00:11:26.480 if you're trying to send more than 5=
,000 00:11:28.200 you're most likely going to spam now 00:11:30.519 this di=
dn't just get completely 00:11:32.160 implemented on February 1st is so 00:=
11:34.160 they're going to drip it out over the 00:11:35.320 course of this=
 year they even said that 00:11:37.200 by June they expected it to be 100% =
